I chose this piece for my favorite photo because I not only like looking at this picture I also really enjoyed shooting it. I believe that enjoying the process is just as important as producing a good image and this whole roll was enjoyable. I went out with my mom and we spent the day going around old littleton to get pictures of Contrasting Environments, however this old looks more intriguing than the new. To me this picture has a story, just think about being positioned for decades, think of all the things you would see like generations of people or cars. I think it would be really interesting and I just wanted to capture the story of this beaten rail road track. Also from an artist point of view it has good contrast and value and as I was saying before good composition!
